This has been my mandate for my 33 years in corporate HR. I’ve made it my mission to redefine what’s possible for HR to make a serious impact.

Unwilling to settle for standard approaches, I’ve continually pushed the boundaries to achieve better performance, create high-impact cultures, and develop truly exceptional leaders.

Almost 20 years ago, I developed and launched the first iteration of what is now Coach. purposeful conversations, and it was a game changer for leading people and performance.

A leader’s role is to inspire, motivate and invest in people’s growth. Providing leaders with practical, effective tools and championing their journey to excellence has become my life’s work.

When Marnie decided to develop Coach into a tool for leaders in all organisations, she reached out to Temara and Nicole and invited them to contribute. The trio have worked together in corporate HR for many years.
